What Types of Events Can I Host?

Your event should center around robotics, whether it’s building, scaling, or investing in the field.

Event opportunities could include vertically-focused startup pitch events, investor-led cocktail hours, policy-related roundtable discussions or product showcases that demonstrate your groundbreaking robotics solutions. You might also host a meal, such as a breakfast or dinner, for focused discussions with select attendees, or organize a site visit to robotics research labs or companies to provide an insider’s look at your robotics facility. If you have an event already planned, you can submit it to be featured on the Robotics Tech Week calendar.

How do I Submit an Event?

1. Go to the Luma Calendar.

2. Click Submit Event and complete the form with the following details:

• Event description

• Location

• Date and time

• Participant details (target audience, participant number, industry role, etc.)

• Indication of audience access (By Invitation, Request an Invitation, Open to Public).

What Happens After I Submit?

1. Our team will review your submission to ensure it aligns with Robotics Tech Week.

2. If approved, your event will appear on the official calendar.

3. We will contact you to request your organization's logo and confirm your status as a co-host.

4. If you have an RSVP page, provide the link during submission.
