How to Host an Event
Where do I start?
Your event should (of course!) center around robotics and physical AI. Whether that’s social, educational, or inspirational is up totally up you.
Event ideas have included robotics startup pitch competitions, humanoid happy hours, robotics executive dinners, policy-related roundtable discussions, founder meetups, ping pong tournaments, product showcases demonstrating groundbreaking robotics solutions, and so much more.
Think about what ties into your business objectives and what your target audience wants + needs, and get creative from there!
How do I Submit an Event?
Add your event to the Luma Calendar here.
Complete the form with the following details:
Experience description
Location
Date and time
Indication of audience access (By Invitation, Request an Invitation, Open to Public).
If you’ve already created a landing page for your event, go to the calendar page here, click “Submit Event” and, from the dropdown, add an existing Luma event.
What Happens After I Submit?
Our team will review your submission to ensure it aligns with Robotics Tech Week.
If approved, your event will appear on the official calendar. At this time, you will also need to add Robotics Tech Week as a co-host to your event (add host using the email: hello@roboticsinvest.tech).
All approved events will be marketed across RTW channels and distributed to all Robotics Tech Week calendar subscribers.
Then you’re off to the races! You have full ownership of your event, so make it count. Photography or videography? Food and beverage? Branded goodies? Consider ways to help make the experience meaningful while also capturing content you can promote with your networks.
